Why do I see multiple orders in the B2B app but only one order in Shopify?
Because Order Splitting by Properties is enabled — B2B Plus shows one row per shipment when line items differ on the configured property, even though Shopify holds them as a single order. See Order Splitting and Viewing Orders — Shipment Rows.
How are orders split?
By comparing line items on one configured property — Season, Delivery date, Start/End date, or Order type — and grouping items that share the same value into one shipment. See Order Splitting Rules.
How are delivery window tags assigned?
From the Available From (and To) dates on the inventory record each line was ordered against, set according to your inventory availability rules.
What information is included in the export files?
It depends on the format:
- Full Order Details — line-level CSV detail for orders on the current page
- Order Summary — order-level CSV totals for orders on the current page
- Per-order XLS / PDF / line sheet downloads — order or product-level detail formatted for Excel or print
See Exporting Orders.
Why isn't my order appearing in the B2B app?
Most commonly a delayed or failed webhook sync — confirm the order exists in Shopify, check the Archived tab, and clear any active filters before assuming it's missing. See Orders Not Displayed.
