Publish Start Date
How Start Date Works
The start date is the first calendar day (in UTC) the catalog can be visible; it cannot be set in the past when creating a new line sheet.
Publication Rules
If the start date is today or already within the window, Publish is available immediately; if it's in the future, the line sheet stays Unpublish until that date arrives, then becomes visible automatically provided Status allows it.
Publish End Date
How End Date Works
An optional last calendar day (UTC) of visibility; when set, it must fall after the start date. Leaving it blank means the catalog has no scheduled end.
Automatic Unpublishing
Once the end date passes, the catalog is automatically hidden from the storefront without requiring a manual Unpublish action.
Publication Status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Published | The catalog is live and visible to logged-in B2B buyers and reps because today falls inside its publish window and Status is set to Publish |
| Unpublished | The catalog is hidden from the storefront, either because Status is set to Unpublish or its window hasn't started or has already ended |
| Scheduled | The catalog has a future Publish start date and will become visible automatically once that date arrives, without further action |
