Before You Begin
Confirm these basics before you create your first line sheet.

Prerequisites
- Products intended for a line sheet must already exist in the Shopify catalog
- B2B Plus should be installed and the initial Shopify data sync completed — see Shopify data sync
Required Permissions
Standard B2B Plus staff access is needed to view and edit Line Sheets in the admin UI.
Understanding Collections
Each line sheet creates and manages a linked Shopify collection behind the scenes — publishing, unpublishing, or deleting the line sheet publishes, hides, or removes that collection accordingly.
Catalog Types
Every line sheet must declare a catalog type — Immediate (ATS), Future, or Prebook (Booking) — which tells the system how ordering and inventory should work for that catalog. See Catalog Types for full detail.
