What is a Line Sheet?
A curated product catalog built in B2B Plus — a hand-picked collection of products that wholesale buyers or sales reps browse and order from. See Overview.
When should I use Immediate, Future, or Prebook?
Use Immediate for products ready to ship now, Future for products shipping on a known future date, and Prebook for reserved or booked inventory taken ahead of stock arriving. See Catalog Types.
Can I schedule a Line Sheet to publish automatically?
Yes — set a future Publish start date and the catalog becomes visible automatically once that date arrives, without a manual publish step. See Publish Start Date.
What happens when the publish end date is reached?
The catalog is automatically unpublished and hidden from the storefront; no manual action is required. See Publish End Date.
Can I change the catalog type after creating a Line Sheet?
Yes — open the line sheet and change the catalog type from the edit form at any time. See Edit a Line Sheet.
Can the same product belong to multiple Line Sheets?
Yes — the product picker's line sheet filter shows which line sheets a product already belongs to, so the same product can be reused across catalogs. See Product Management.
Why don't buyers see my catalog?
Check that status is Publish, today is inside the publish window, and the products are Active in Shopify.
What happens if I delete a line sheet?
The linked collection on the Online Store is removed too.
How do buyers download a PDF?
They request an export on the storefront; the file is prepared in the background and appears under Customer Account → View Downloads.
