Understanding Inventory Fields
Each column in the Inventory list and CSV export maps to a specific field. Use this guide to understand what each value means and when it is required.

Style Number (SKU)
The product identifier that ties an inventory record to a specific Shopify product/variant.

Warehouse (Location)
The Shopify location this stock physically sits in or ships from.

| Warehouse | Physical location, mapped to a Shopify location |
Locations must exist in Shopify Admin (Settings → Locations) before they can be used as a Warehouse on inventory records or CSV uploads. See Warehouse ↔ Company Mapping.
Season
A free-form label (Summer, Winter, Fall, Spring, or a custom value) used to group and filter inventory by collection period.

Inventory Type
Classifies when and how the stock can be sold. See Immediate/ATS Inventory.

Available From
The date this record's stock becomes available for sale, required for Future and Prebook types.
Available To
The end of the availability window, used when Inventory Dates is configured for start-and-end dates. See Configure Inventory Dates.
Purchase Order Number
Links the record back to the purchase order that brought the stock in.

Inventory Quantities
Quantity, Committed, Incoming, On-hand, and the unavailable buckets — fully defined in Understanding Inventory Counts.

| Committed | Reserved for orders |
| Incoming | On order / in transit |
| On-hand | Physical stock available |
| Unavailable buckets | Damaged, QC, safety stock, other |
