Keep Warehouse values consistent with Shopify location IDs, and review stock per location regularly rather than only at a company-wide total.

Keep Style Numbers aligned with Shopify product SKUs so uploads and syncs match records without manual reconciliation.

Set Available From (and To) dates deliberately for Future and Prebook records so ship windows and buyer expectations stay accurate.

Review the negative-inventory list before generating purchase orders, and confirm supplier assignments are current so generated POs route to the right vendor.

Importing Large Inventory Files

• Test new CSV formats with a small file first
• Use the sample CSV as a template
• Check Upload History for row-level errors after every import, especially before using Full replace
