Sales representative orders
The Sales representatives panel is where B2B Plus most clearly extends beyond native Shopify B2B, since Shopify has no concept of a sales rep or rep-attributed order. This panel answers a specific operational question: of all the orders placed in this period, how many came through a rep versus directly from the customer?
Unlike the Orders and Inventory panels, these figures are fully defined here—there is no separate module elsewhere for this split.
Terms on the Sales representatives panel

| Total orders | Every order placed in the selected period, regardless of who placed it. This is the same figure as Total orders in the Orders panel, shown here for direct comparison against the rep/customer split. |
| Total representative order | The subset of Total orders that were placed by a sales rep acting on behalf of a customer—for example, a rep entering an order from a phone call, a showroom visit, or a line sheet review. Each of these orders carries rep attribution, which feeds the rep's performance and commission tracking. |
| Total customer order | The subset of Total orders that were placed directly by the customer through self-serve checkout, with no rep involved. |
| View all | Opens the rep-focused experience where these counts connect to detail rows. |
How the three figures relate
These three figures are additive:
Total representative order + Total customer order = Total orders
If the two subsets do not reconcile with the total, it typically indicates an order that was placed outside the expected flow—for example, created directly in the Shopify admin without going through B2B Plus's rep or customer checkout paths. Investigate those cases in the Orders overview or Logs.
How to read rep vs customer totals
- Higher representative orders often indicate active field or inside sales teams placing orders for accounts.
- Higher customer orders suggest buyers self-serving on the storefront while still tied to rep assignments and catalogs.
- Compare both against Total orders to see the mix for the period—not as a pass/fail score, but as a channel health signal.
When this section is hidden
You may not see Sales representative tiles if:
- Rep features are not enabled for your store
- Your Shopify staff role does not include access to the rep module
- No rep-attributed orders exist in the selected date range
