Recent activity
The Recent activity panel streams the most recent events across the entire app in real time. Each entry carries a category badge—ORDER, COMPANY, INVENTORY, or EXPORT FILE—so an admin scanning the feed can immediately tell what kind of change occurred without opening each entry.
This is a live preview only; the complete, filterable history is available from Logs in the left-hand navigation, which retains every event rather than just the most recent handful.

Event types in the feed
The following event types commonly appear in Recent activity (depending on your setup):
Order events
Order created / updated via Theme or Webhook
An order was placed or modified, either by a buyer in the storefront (via Theme) or by an inbound update from Shopify (via Webhook), such as a fulfillment or payment status change.
Company events
Company switch via Theme
A logged-in B2B buyer switched between company locations while browsing or checking out, which changes the pricing, catalog, and terms applied to their session.
Inventory events
Inventory reserved
A specific SKU and quantity were reserved against an order line as part of checkout, drawing down one of the Immediate, Future, Prebook, or Warehouse buckets.
Export events
ATS report export queued
An Available-to-Sell (ATS) report was queued for export, reflecting real-time sellable inventory across all four buckets. The description records the export format—EXCEL_WITH_IMAGE or EXCEL_WITHOUT_IMAGE—depending on whether product imagery was included in the file.
Line sheet PDF export queued
A named line sheet—for example Jeans | Spring 2026 | ATS—was queued for export as a shareable, presentation-ready PDF that reps or customers can use to place orders offline.
Order form export queued
A blank or pre-filled order form was queued for export (tagged ATS to reflect current available-to-sell quantities), typically used by reps taking orders in the field without live storefront access.
Every export-related entry carries an EXPORT FILE action button so the generated file can be downloaded directly from the activity feed as soon as processing completes, without navigating away to a separate exports queue.
