Inventory at a glance
The Inventory panel summarizes stock availability for the selected reporting period, split into the four availability buckets that are unique to B2B Plus rather than a single on-hand quantity. As with Orders, these are top-level counters only; per-SKU, per-location, and per-supplier detail is covered in the Inventory module documentation.
Use View all on the panel to open the full Inventory workspace for CSV export, filters, bulk edits, and line-level detail.

Terms on the Inventory panel
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Immediate | Quantity that is physically in stock and available to ship without delay. |
| Future | Quantity expected to arrive against a confirmed purchase order but not yet received into stock. |
| Prebook | Quantity committed against upcoming or unconfirmed production, allowing a sale to be taken before the stock physically exists. |
| Warehouse | Quantity that is on-hand in the warehouse but not yet allocated or reserved against any order. |
| View all | Shortcut to the Inventory grid for line-level detail and bulk operations. |
A tile showing zero often means no data in that bucket for the range, or that the bucket is not used in your setup—not necessarily an error.
