Date range reports
Every metric on the Dashboard is scoped to a single reporting window, controlled by the date-range selector in the top-right corner of the page.
Available presets
| Preset | What it covers | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Last 7 days | A rolling seven-day view from today | Day-to-day monitoring of order flow and rep activity |
| Last 1 month | A rolling 30-day view | Spotting trends across a full sales cycle or replenishment period |
| Last 3 months | A rolling quarterly view | Reviewing rep performance, seasonal inventory pressure, or quarter-over-quarter comparisons |
One selector, all panels
Because all four panels read from the same selector, changing the period recalculates Orders, Inventory, Sales representatives, and Recent activity together—the numbers on the page always describe one consistent window, never a mix of periods.
What updates when you change the range:
- Orders panel — total, pending, fulfilled, and cancelled counts
- Inventory panel — Immediate, Future, Prebook, and Warehouse totals
- Sales representatives panel — total, rep-placed, and customer-placed orders
- Recent activity panel — events that occurred within the selected window
If a section looks empty, try a longer preset before assuming data is missing.
Tips
- Compare periods fairly by using the same preset each time you review (for example, always Last 7 days on Monday mornings).
- Date ranges roll with the calendar day—figures can shift after midnight.
- Dashboard numbers are summary counters; open Orders, Inventory, or Logs for line-level detail.
